Add to sync the Financial Institute Bank and Card in QBO.
A. The sub-accounts for Chase Card # (Main Card) are not properly syncing to QuickBooks Online. To fix this issue, please follow the instructions below.
Unlink all the accounts and sub accounts that are listed below (To fix this issue, you need to first unlink the accounts listed below, even if they are currently linked).
- Card # (Main Account which have sync issue)
- Card Holder "A" - Chase Card # (subaccount)
- Card Holder "B" - Chase Card # (subaccount)
- Card Holder "C" - Chase Card # (subaccount)
- Card Holder "D"- - Chase Card # (subaccount)
Unlink the Accounts:
- Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
- Select the tile for the bank account.
- Select the pencil icon, then select Edit account info.
- Select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
Note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
- Select Save and Close.
B. Follow the Linking Credit Card instructions below to link the credit card accounts listed above. Please do not add any new credit card accounts.

C. Click on Banking
D. Click “Link Account”
E. Search for your Bank – Chase
F. Login to your bank account
G. Sync with the accounts listed in the question above
